Ireland scrum-half Conor Murray made his competitive debut for Munster two days before his 21st birthday in 2010 and hasn’t looked back since.  After learning from the experience of Peter Stringer at provincial level, Murray’s rise landed him in the Ireland training squad ahead of the 2011 World Cup in New Zealand. After just two games in the warm-up fixtures he made the plane as part of the 30-man squad and had secured the starting No9 jersey by the time Ireland lost to Wales in the quarter-final.

Murray has been an ever present for the Emerald Isle ever since, playing a crucial role in the 2018 Grand Slam and 2014 and 2015 Six Nations titles. Murray’s form was rewarded with a spot on both the 2013 and 2017 British and Irish Lions tours with the Lions winning in Australia before drawing the test series in New Zealand. He was named in World Rugby Men’s 15s Team of the Decade after scoring 14 tries in 87 test matches for Ireland. He favours the Adidas Predator Malice Controls for his running and box-kicking game.
