Winger or fullback Jacob Stockdale credits his rise into the professional rugby ranks thanks to an incredible growth spurt having been only 5ft 6in as a 16-year-old. The Ulster and Ireland star eventually matured to the imposing 6ft 3in at which he stands today. A dasher on the wing for Ireland Under-20s he starred at both the 2015 and 2016 Junior World Cups. He made his debut for Belfast side Ulster aged just 19 in 2015. He made his senior debut for Ireland against the USA in 2017. Stockdale flourished in the 2018 Six Nations, smashing the try scoring record by bagging seven tries and helping his country to a Grand Slam while being named player of the tournament in the process. Stockdale secured another piece of history when he crossed for the try that landed Ireland their first ever win over New Zealand at home in 2018. He has scored 18 tries in 33 tests and wears the Nike Phantom Vision Elite.
