Centre Chris Harris was born in Carlisle and made his way into the Newcastle Falcons academy after arriving in the city to study architecture at Northumbria University. He also turned out for National League One Tynedale RFC and even toured with England Counties after graduating in 2013. He was put on dual registration with Rotherham before making a Premiership debut for Newcastle at Saracens in December 2014. He qualifies for Scotland through his grandmother who was born in Edinburgh and made his debut in 2017. Harris made the cut for the 2019 Rugby World Cup squad in Japan. And he has played in every single Scotland game under Gregor Townsend in 2020. Harris has won 23 caps, scoring three tries and wears the Nike Tiempo Legend 8 Elite boots.
