Liam Williams

Back three star Liam Williams was a trainee scaffolder before becoming an international rugby icon. At 20 he was signed by the Scarlets and at 21 he made his Wales debut against the Barbarians. He has battled Leigh Halfpenny for the 15 jersey for years and Williams’ fine form secured him a spot on Warren Gatland’s British and Irish Lions touring party to New Zealand in 2017. He started all three tests at fullback and was involved in an outstanding length of the field try in the first test. He moved to Saracens after the tour and won both the Premiership and European Champions Cup before returning to the Scarlets in February 2020. Williams has scored 14 tries in 67 games for Wales and dons the Adidas Predator Malice Control boots.
